6 Activity May Release Your Stress

        Now a days so many people got stressed because of their complicated job. Office job usually takes a lot of brain energy and for sure this situation are harder than handy-dandy job. I'm sure you read many technique to release your stress before. So this time I will make this more simple for easy practice.
  1. Deep Breath.
    Breath technique basically is a part of yoga lesson called Pranayama. If you don't really understand what is yoga or pranayama then just take a deep breath slowly. Realize your breath flowing in and out from your nose. This way is very simple, but effective.
  2. Listen Music.
    You feel tired or lazy to do something but do something it makes you relax. Listen music is always a good idea, enjoy the music until your body relax and fall asleep will be refreshing your mind and body. You can choose free music genre as long you can enjoying it. This way is simple, but you need music player to do this.
  3.  Dancing.
    Dancing can stretching your muscle which affect to emotions. If you don't know how to dance then you can follow tutorial about how to dance on Youtube. You don't need be a professional dancer, you only need to stretch your muscle. Simple way but you need Youtube for guide.
  4. Walk Out Side.
    The very common way to release your stress is by walking out side and get a wide view like beach, wide park or else. Same view everyday can make your brain stuck. If you have friends will be good idea to invite them for that. This is very common way, but always effective.
  5. Sport.
    Like I said before, stress can release by stretching your muscle. Sport also good for muscle stretched. When you choose to do this way, don't do sport too much. Take a simple sport and don't force your heart beat. This way is simple but many people are lazy for this.
  6. None of Above ?
    If you don't like to do all technique above, then you can analyze your self about activity that can fresh your mind and body. Make a check list about that activity and repeat it again every you have stress.

    We can do many activity to release stress, but just make sure you get a rest enough per day to avoid us from stress.
